Hiring Sales Development Representative | TriHaz Solutions

Sales Development Representative – Position filled

Position: Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales)

If you enjoy picking up the phone, starting conversations with strangers, and turning “not interested” into “tell me more,” this role was built for you.

This is not a customer service role.

This is not an account management role.

This is a high-activity, outbound sales role focused on creating new opportunities through consistent phone outreach.

While outbound prospecting drives daily activity, this role also includes real-time inbound lead conversion, where speed and responsiveness directly impact revenue.

You will sit at the front of our sales engine, initiating conversations that turn into real revenue. Your success will come from your ability to stay disciplined, stay persistent, and keep dialing.

Top performers in this role have a clear path to grow into closing roles and future sales leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Development Representative:

Inbound Lead Qualification and Conversion (Highest Priority)

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries in real time
  • Treat every inbound lead as a high-value opportunity requiring immediate attention
  • Qualify prospects quickly (service needs, volume, frequency, location)
  • Convert inbound interest into scheduled meetings or closed opportunities
  • Ensure no inbound opportunity goes untouched or delayed

Outbound Prospecting (Primary Volume Driver)

  • Make 60–70 outbound calls per day to healthcare clinics, offices and facilities
  • Reach decision-makers including practice managers, administrators, and operators
  • Turn cold outreach into real conversations and qualified opportunities
  • Use structured follow-up across phone, email, and Salesforce cadences

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Identify new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Research and verify prospects within Salesforce
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare prospects

Inside Sales & Deal Support

  • Prepare quotes and service agreements for small healthcare accounts
  • Close smaller opportunities directly when appropriate
  • Clearly communicate TriHaz’s compliance expertise and service advantages

Sales Execution & CRM Discipline

  • Log all calls, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce
  • Manage pipeline stages and follow-ups with consistency
  • Track activity, conversion, and progress toward goals
  • Daily Activity Expectations
  • Immediate response to all inbound calls and leads (no delays)
  • 60–70 outbound calls per day
  • Find and start conversations with decision makers (practice managers, administrators, operators)
  • Structured follow-up across multiple touchpoints
  • Active pipeline management and opportunity progression
  • Salesforce used as the system of record for all activity (calls, notes, outcomes)

What Success Looks Like

  • 5-10 qualified opportunities created per week
  • Consistent achievement of daily call and activity targets
  • Strong pipeline growth and steady movement through the sales cycle
  • Increasing contact rates and conversion performance over time
  • Contribution to monthly recurring revenue growth

Who This Role Is For

  • You genuinely enjoy being on the phone and talking to new people
  • You are energized by activity, goals, and measurable performance
  • You don’t hesitate to make the next call, even after a “no”
  • You are competitive, self-driven, and motivated by results
  • You prefer action over overthinking

Who This Role Is NOT For

  • You prefer email over phone conversations
  • You are looking for account management or customer support work
  • You need warm, inbound leads to feel comfortable
  • You avoid rejection or struggle with high-activity environments
  • You prefer face-to-face interaction with prospects

Preferred Experience

  • 1-3 years in outbound sales, SDR or call-heavy roles
  • B2B experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Clear, confident communication skills
